Winner of CMP London 2016

As we all know and are sad to realize the Coffee Music Project London is over for now. It has been an amazing time and we want to thank all those who have participated either by performing, by coming to the shows or helping out in other ways!

This really couldn't have happened without you!

At least we now have Coffee Music Project New York 2016 to look forward to! We also know that next years competition in London will be a blast.

"I am a singer/songwriter originally from Redcar in the north east of England. I have been performing and writing music for 9 years with my acoustic guitar and on a full time basis in London for the last 2 years. I now have a residence in west London which allows me to be out gigging, writing and working with different producers in the capital almost every day. I was heavily influenced by Soul and R&B singers growing up and my vocal style definitely replicates the singers I loved I.E Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, Boyz II Men."

"Harry Pane is a London based folk/blues singer-songwriter who has been writing and gigging for the last eleven years. With a move in early 2015 from Northants to London he's busier than ever before and playing some great venues. With a soulful and emotive voice, tumbling guitar riffs, slide-guitar and a 'stomping' pulse. His songs are crafted around stories that touch close to the heart. 'Real Souls' has been championed by BBC Introducing London and Amazing Radio.

Harry's influences include John Martyn, Damien Rice, Bob Dylan and Xavier Rudd. He plays regularly at the O2 Priority Lounge ahead of world class bands such as Fleetwood Mac, U2, Van Morrison, Tom Jones & Mumford & Sons. He supported the Ed Sheeran championed band Nizlopi on their UK tour.

He also successfully joined the festival circuit last summer with slots at The Big Feastival and played the main stage at Grillstock London. Harry is on the line up for 'Rising Stars' at The Jazz Cafe, 16th of February with Time Out London alongside the UK's top emerging artists."

"I have started writing songs at the age of 14. My first love has always been music but my parents were very keen on me pursuing a career in business which is why couldn't do what I love for the duration of my studies. But finally, 10 months ago, I came to London to do just music and since then I have written and co-written over 100 songs, studied the industry, recorded an EP (will be released in 2016) and managed to play my original material at festivals and important music venues (Portobello Live Festival 2015, Proud Camden, Good Ship, Spice of Life etc). My next step is to record a music video and launch my EP."
